After a stressful week of planning and meetings, its so easy to be discouraged or think about peacing out. Thinking about next is kinda crazy, but whenever things get crazy listening to Blue Scholars and Bambu or watching documentaries like Eric Tandoc’s Sounds of a New Hope really keep me grounded and inspired to continue the work that I do. Hearing about the work you do in the community in a rap song or reflected in film makes your work come alive. ART ACTIVISM is a powerful and revitalizing thing.
